Collection Agencies to
Avoid |
|
The federal law governing
collection agencies is called the Fair Debt Collection Practices
Act. This law was designed to protect you from illegal debt collection
practices. The most common abuses by debt collectors are listed below. Anyone
can stop a collection agency from contacting them by sending a letter to cease
communication. However, the agencies and law firms listed below have
demonstrated the law is NOT as important as your rights and that they care only
about getting to your MONEY!
Based on their
arrogance, deceit, lies, misrepresentation, fines, lawsuits, and greed, it is my opinion that they should be Avoided, not Rewarded!
AVOID THESE! Debt Collection Agencies,
Scavenger Debt Buyers, & Collector Attorney - Law
Offices!
These debt collectors and attorneys have
demonstrated to me they care only about money; consumer rights and obeying the law are not as important as
being paid. Those in RED are, in my opinion, based on
first-hand experiences over months and years, the absolute worst in America.
I consider them disgusting law-breakers who deserve to
feel the full wrath of the laws enacted to protect you. Use the FREE Cease-Communication letter and contact me
for greater assistance in dealing with them. | | |
